What can I do if some web pages or links on this site do not display properly?
To read some of the contents of this web site, you need to install a free program called Adobe Reader on your computer. Adobe Reader can also print extra copies, zoom in for a closer view or search the homily for text you want to find. You can download Adobe Reader from any of several sources.
Please note that downloading software (even, and sometimes especially, free software) should never be done lightly. Not all software publishers are reputable. However, Adobe is the third-largest PC software company in the United States. That information might be worth knowing as you decide whether to trust Adobe to provide free software for your computer.
Adobe Reader is downloaded as a single large file, approximately 22 megabytes. With a 56k modem connection to the Internet, downloading Acrobat may take an hour or more. The download time is much smaller if you have a broadband (typically DSL, cable modem or WiFi) connection to the Internet.
You may choose any of the following three sources shown below. The same software is available from each site.

Adobe Reader is available for all major types of computers and personal digital assistant devices and in all major human languages. For example, the above links include versions for several popular computer operating systems, including Windows, Macintosh, several versions of Unix and for mobile devices like those made by Palm.
