Welcome to St. Therese Parish!

We are a Roman Catholic community of Christian faith in the Madrona neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. All are welcome to visit and worship with us. St. Therese Parish (or "the parish") was founded in 1926. St. Therese School, founded in 1927, has approximately 160 students in pre-kindergarten through eighth grade.

Traffic reminder: Parishioners who drive to Sunday Mass are respectfully requested to always exit after mass via 34th Avenue to the North (towards the school) in order to minimize gridlock.

About St. Therese Parish

St. Therese Church was built in 1926. It serves not only the surrounding neighborhoods but people from all over the Seattle area. St. Therese traditionally has attracted many persons from beyond the geographical boundaries of the parish with its liturgy, its music, its active laity, its small size, and its big spirit. The faith community is racially, culturally, and economically diverse.
