Welcome to St. Therese Parish!We are a Roman Catholic community of Christian faith in the Madrona neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. All are welcome to visit and worship with us. St. Therese Parish (or "the parish") was founded in 1926 and has about 1,040 registered households, drawing parishioners from more than 75 ZIP Codes. St. Therese School, founded in 1927, has approximately 160 students in pre-kindergarten through eighth grade.

Sometimes there are several Scripture reading options for a particular Sunday, for days such as Christmas or Easter, or for celebrations especially important to our parish such as St. Therese's feast day. Check the parish Bulletin for the exact readings used here at St. Therese's for a particular day. About St. Therese ParishSt. Therese Church was built in 1926. It serves not only the surrounding neighborhoods but people from all over the Seattle area. St. Therese traditionally has attracted many persons from beyond the geographical boundaries of the parish with its liturgy, its music, its active laity, its small size, and its big spirit. The faith community is racially, culturally, and economically diverse.
